How does it work?
If your letting agent uses Tenancy360 and the landlord has agreed to let you use Rent Certainty as a guarantor, you will see Rent Certainty as an option for a guarantor when going through your referencing application.
Application & Reference
You set up a reference via Tenancy360 and select to offer them a Rent Certainty guarantee.
Offer
The tenant will be shown the option to add either a traditional guarantee or one through Rent Certainty.
Review & Approval
Rent Certainty will review the tenants information and if they are approved, email them a link to sign and pay their guarantee fee.
Confirmation
You will be informed of the guarantee's completion and will then be ready to continue your onboarding and finalise your tenancy agreement with your Rent Certainty guarantee included.
