How does it work?
If your letting agent uses Tenancy360 and the landlord has agreed to let you use Rent Certainty as a guarantor, you will see Rent Certainty as an option for a guarantor when going through your referencing application.

We will review your application to see if you are eligible for Rent Certainty to act as your guarantor.
Completion
Electronically sign the agreement and complete the payment for your guarantee to become active.
